The multi-fan condenser and compressor unit positioned at the front of the tank rapidly cools milk to desired temperatures without requiring separate chiller installation. The top-mounted inlet cap and internal agitator motor ensure homogeneous milk composition and prevent fat separation. The ladder and platform beside the tank provide safe access for cleaning and inspection. Temperature monitoring and operation are easily managed via digital display and push-button stainless steel control box. The hygienic bottom discharge valve accelerates emptying and cleaning procedures.
